Return Policy

New, unused products may be returned within 90 days (30 days for bikes) of the date of delivery for a full refund of original purchase price (the return freight is for your own account). Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, tags attached, and include any/all accessories and documentation.

• Returns will not be accepted on used items.
• If there is an issue with the quality of product you received from us, please contact us  to initiating a return. 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return we will credit your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to post to your account. In some cases, processing your return for a refund can take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the issuing bank processing time.

If you use our discounted FedEx return label, we will deduct the label fee from your refund amount.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the items you don’t wan’t and place a new order at the same time. This way, your item won’t go out of stock while waiting and you’ll get it quickly.
