Shopping online is awesome,it's important to make sure you are confident with your product choice before clicking the buy button. Boxed bikes are large and expensive to courier back and forth.

At AVASTA, we want to make the returns and exchanges process as smooth as possible for our customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

All products must be returned to AVASTAin their original condition. Please ensure the items are unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. We reserve the right to charge for any wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidents.

For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. However, for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, we will also cover the cost of return shipping, but you will be responsible for the a 15% restocking fees.

Product Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your receipt) to initiate a return or exchange. After this 30-day period, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Procedure

Please note that unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Contact us for approval before returning the product. If you return the product without our express authorization, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods, and a refund will not be authorized.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience. Please ensure the product is securely packaged, including all original items, to avoid additional charges.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your return or exchange request. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend allowing some additional time for processing. If there are further delays or concerns, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund.
